Making a positive difference to the places we live, work and play has always inspired me, along with a passion for helping others achieve, develop and realise potential whether businesses, teams or individuals. 

I am a Chartered Surveyor, starting in property in 1999 and have worked for blue chip companies including Boots, CBRE and Hammerson.  I have a broad range of property and business experience having but, led and developed teams and managed multi million commercial property portfolios.  Since 2016 I have run my own consultancy and built a portfolio of commercial property investments.

I took a career break in 2014, did some travelling, a  lot of reading and self development education.  This was the beginning of my transition from property professional to property investor.  Having achieved my professional goals I realised that working for someone else was no longer what I wanted to do. So I set up my consultancy, began investing in property myself and launched Progressive Property Network in Birmingham, a monthly meeting of landlords and investors sharing experience, contacts, collaborating and  providing support.

Today my focus is building my own commercial property investment portfolio, investing my pension in property via a SIPP and helping other private investors to do the same through deal packaging, training and mentoring. I also continue to consult on an ad hoc basis, asset managing commercial properties to maximise values and minimise costs.
